Delete Your Account

The game creates an account for you automatically the first time you open it. You can delete that account, and everything stored with it, at any time.

From inside the game

Open Profile → Delete My Account. This is the fastest route and it takes effect immediately.

Without installing the game

E-mail contact@yyukastudio.com with your nickname, including the four digits after it — for example Poyraz#4349. The nickname is shown at the top of the profile box in the game and next to your entries on the leaderboard. We cannot find an account without it, because it is the only thing we hold that identifies you.

Requests are processed within 30 days. We will write back to confirm when it is done.

What deletion removes

• Your nickname.
• The device ID your game was using.
• Your level, experience and all scores.
• Every leaderboard entry you hold, on every map.
• Your match history and game summaries.
• Your friends list, and your entry in other players' lists.
• Any suggestions or complaints you sent us from inside the app.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no archived copy — if you play again afterwards, the game gives you a new account and you start from zero.

What stays on your device

Map packs you downloaded stay on your phone. They are not personal data — they are the same map files everyone gets — and deleting them would only cost you the download again. Uninstalling the game removes them, along with your settings and your local progress copy.
