Delete Your Account

The game creates an account for you automatically the first time you open it. You can delete that account, and everything stored with it, at any time.

From inside the game

Open Profile → Delete My Account. This is the fastest route and it takes effect immediately.

Without installing the game

E-mail contact@yyukastudio.com with your nickname, including the four digits after it — for example Poyraz#4349. The nickname is shown at the top of the profile box in the game and next to your entries on the leaderboard. We cannot find an account without it, because it is the only thing we hold that identifies you.

Requests are processed within 30 days. We will write back to confirm when it is done.

What deletion removes

• Your nickname, and the history of nicknames you have used.
• Your player record: device ID, region, platform, level and experience.
• Every leaderboard entry you hold, on every map.
• Your match history, game summaries and the saved map images stored with them.
• Your friends list, and your entry in other players' lists.
• Every report and block you made or received, in both directions.
• Any suggestions or complaints you sent us from inside the app.
• Your links to Game Center or Google Play Games.
• The link between your account and any Premium purchase.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. There is no grace period and no archived copy — if you play again afterwards, the game gives you a new account and you start from zero.

The two things we keep, without your name on them

Two records survive deletion with the identifier stripped out, because keeping them is itself a legal obligation:

• Consent records — that a consent of a given kind was asked under a given law, and what the answer was. We have to be able to demonstrate this; we do not have to know it was you.
• Purchase records, if you bought Premium — the store's transaction ID, the product, the date and its status. Tax and accounting law requires sales records to be kept. Deleting your Piri account does not cancel or refund the purchase itself; that stays between you and Apple or Google.

In both cases the player ID is replaced with a deletion marker, so the row can no longer be traced back to you. We also keep a dated note that a deletion was carried out — that is the proof that we did what you asked.

What stays on your device

Map packs you downloaded stay on your phone. They are not personal data — they are the same map files everyone gets — and deleting them would only cost you the download again. Uninstalling the game removes them, along with your settings and your local progress copy.

Advertising data

Data used for advertising is held by Google, not by us, so deleting your Piri account does not reach it. To break the link, reset or delete your device's advertising ID in its privacy settings; on iPhone you can also refuse tracking for every app at once.
