Terms of Use
These terms apply to the games published by YYUKA Studio and to this website. Using either means you accept them.
Who you are dealing with
European and Turkish consumer law requires a trader to identify itself plainly. So:
- Trader
- YILMAZ YUKA
- Trading as
- YYUKA Studio
- D-U-N-S number
- 751175184
- Established in
- İstanbul / Türkiye
- contact@yyukastudio.com
- Website
- https://yyukastudio.com
A postal address is available on request, and is supplied to the app stores as part of their trader verification.
Age
Our games are for players aged 13 and over. By using them you confirm you are at least 13, or that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms on your behalf.
Your licence to use the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. We keep ownership of the game itself; you are not buying the software, you are being allowed to use it.
What you agree not to do
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the game, except where the law explicitly allows it regardless of this clause.
- Cheat, automate play, or tamper with scores in a way that affects other players' leaderboards.
- Redistribute the game or sell access to it.
Nicknames and lobby names
Your nickname and the name you give a lobby are the only text other players see from you. There is no chat, no image sharing and no profile text — which keeps this short. Do not use a name that:
- impersonates another person, a company or us;
- harasses, threatens or demeans anyone, or attacks a group over race, religion, sex, sexuality, disability or nationality;
- is sexually explicit, or clearly aimed at an audience that should not be reading it in a game rated for teenagers;
- advertises anything, or points people at another service;
- is unlawful where you or the people reading it live.
Nicknames are filtered on our server before they are accepted, but a filter catches wording, not intent. If something gets through, any player can report it.
Reporting, blocking and what we do about it
Every screen that shows another player's nickname has a More button with Report and Block. Blocking is one-way and private: the blocked player disappears from your leaderboard and search results and is never told.
We read reports and act on them within 24 hours. Depending on what we find we may reset a nickname, remove a lobby, or suspend or ban the account. We ban for what a name or a pattern of behaviour actually does, not for a single complaint, and we will tell you why if you ask.
If you think we got it wrong, write to contact@yyukastudio.com and a person will look at it again.
Filing reports you know to be false, to get another player banned, is itself a reason to lose your account.
Advertising
From version 1.7 the free game shows ads. A rewarded ad gives its reward only if you watch it to the end — that is the ad network's rule, and not ours to change. Ads are supplied by Google. We restrict them to content rated T (Teen) or below, but we do not choose individual ads and are not responsible for what an advertiser offers. How ad data is handled is set out in our privacy policy.
Purchases
Purchases are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are governed by that store's terms as well as these.
Premium is a one-time purchase: unlimited energy, no full-screen ad, and unlimited nickname changes (one a day). Rewarded ads stay available but optional. It is tied to the store account you bought it with, and it comes back when you reinstall or move to a new device signed in to the same account — on its own, or from Restore purchases on the Premium screen.
Virtual items such as energy, passes and jokers have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and may be changed or rebalanced as the game is updated.
Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)
You normally have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase of digital content without giving a reason. Because the content is unlocked immediately, the store asks you to agree that performance begins at once and to acknowledge that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal. If you did not give that agreement, the 14-day right stands.
Separately from withdrawal, if what you bought is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to have it put right, or to a price reduction or refund, under the EU Digital Content Directive, the UK Consumer Rights Act or Türkiye's Consumer Protection Law, as applicable to you. Nothing in these terms limits that.
Refunds are requested from the store you bought through. Write to us as well and we will help you work out what went wrong.
Disputes
If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, consumers in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court where they live, and consumers in the EEA or the UK may use the alternative dispute resolution or small claims routes available in their own country.
Availability
We would like the game to work everywhere, forever. Realistically it may be unavailable during updates, may stop supporting old operating systems, and may one day be withdrawn. We will give reasonable notice of anything that removes access you paid for.
No warranty
Beyond the statutory rights described above, the game is provided as it is. We do not promise it is free of defects or that it will meet any particular need. The map data we use is open data compiled by others; it is good, but it is not an authoritative statement of any border, and the game is not a navigational, legal or political reference.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, fraud, or a consumer's statutory rights.
Intellectual property
The game's code, artwork, sound and the YYUKA Studio name and logo belong to us. The underlying geographic data belongs to its own authors and is used under the licences listed on our credits page, which also carry their own attribution requirements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and the courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, or of the right to bring proceedings there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date below shows when they last changed, and continuing to play after a change means you accept the new version. If a change materially reduces what you get, we will say so in the release notes rather than hope you miss it.
